Terms and Conditions
Please find below our terms and conditions of booking. Once you begin a tour with Kerry Executive Travel, you are understood to have accepted the below terms and conditions.
Reservation and Booking: You are confirmed on receipt of your booking, however your booking is only confirmed once we have received your payment in full for the cost of the tour.
Kerry Executive Travel will hereinafter be referred to as ‘we’:
1. Booking
Once we have received your payment in full, we will email you a confirmation. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for own reference.
We do not accept responsibility for unreceived emails. If your confirmation email does not arrive, it is the bookers responsibility to make Kerry Executive Travel aware of this so we can rectify and resend.
We reserve the right to sell any tours reserved without full payment or a deposit.
Once the confirmation email is received, it is your responsibility to ensure the dates and details listed are correct. If any details are incorrect, please make Kerry Executive Travel aware of this so we can rectify and resend.
2. Insurance
Insurance cover is not included in tour prices.
Kerry Executive Travel do not hold any responsibility for losses or injuries sustained while taking part in any activities outside of the package booked, or for any theft, loss or damage to personal belongings at any time during your tour. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable provider ahead of any travel.
3. Cancellation
Cancelations or rescheduling of tours can be done within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before our tour start date for a full refund.
If you have rescheduled a tour, the same cancelation policy applies, but from the date you reschedule. You can cancel this date within 24 hours of rescheduling or up to 14 days before the new tour start date to receive a full refund.
4. Refunds
All refunds relating to payments made via PayPal will be processed according to PayPal Terms and Conditions.
5. Changes by us
We make every effort to honor every booking, but if circumstances beyond our prediction or control occur such as extreme weather conditions, civil strikes, etc. we reserve the right to alter or cancel your tour.
6. Laws
While on our tours, all passengers must obey the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union.
7. Your Obligations and Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical condition of any parties taking part on our tours.
It is your responsibility to have all necessary visas, passports, permits and certificates required for your selected itinerary as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
8. Complaints
We endeavor to provide all passengers with a thoroughly enjoyable, personalised experience. However, should you feel your experience has fallen short and you wish to make a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make every effort to resolve any issue you’re experiencing. If the matter cannot be resolved during the tour, we welcome any feedback or complaints via email and do our best to resolve the issue as best we can then also.
9. Weather Conditions
Kerry Executive Travel do not accept responsibility for weather conditions. Refunds will not be offered for tours cancelled due to weather.
Under certain wind conditions the authorities at the Cliffs of Moher may decide, in their sole discretion, to close the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre. In such a scenario guests may choose whether to approach and view the cliffs at their own risk. If you choose to proceed it will be at your sole discretion and we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or loss suffered. Please see section 5 “Changes by us” for more information.
10. Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in all Kerry Executive Travel vehicles.
11. General
The booking conditions detailed herein contain the entire contract between you and Kerry Executive Travel.
This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by Irish law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with this contract or your holiday will be dealt with by the Courts of the Republic of Ireland only. Changes to these Booking Conditions will only be valid if agreed by Kerry Executive Travel in writing. Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions.

Your Credit Card or Banking Data is therefore handled entirely by Paypal so we encourage you to be familiar with their privacy policy and terms of business too.
For reasons of security and site continuity Kerry Executive Travel use services from Squarespace’s Content Delivery Network in order to provide our customers with safer (end to end encrpypted), faster and more resilient web experience across our entire website. As a routine part of providing this service Squarespace do collect some personally identifiable information from you or your web browser in order to manage, secure, and encrypt web browser traffic from your computer, via the Squarespace Network to the Kerry Executive Travel Web servers. Kerry Executive Travel’s technical department work hard to ensure that additional security measures are in place to protect our Web Platform and provide optimum security above and beyond the majority of regular sites.
